Tercho

Overview

Tercho is widely regarded as one of the most formidable combatants active today, not just on Cubic but across servers entirely.

His record speaks for itself: players, bosses, and everything in between have fallen to him in nearly every form of combat the game allows.

What sets him apart from most players of his caliber, though, is that almost nobody who's actually met him has a bad word to say about him.

Combat Prowess

Tercho is consistently named among the best mace fighters alive, with a fighting style built more on precision and read (often involving elytra) than raw aggression (though he doesn't exactly lack it either) - he's known for closing distance and finishing fights with unnerving efficiency, but rarely with cruelty. His skill isn't confined to the mace, either; his track record includes wins in essentially every recognized form of PvP and boss combat, spanning multiple servers beyond Cubic.

Despite the scale of his reputation, Tercho treats most of his fights as exactly that: fights, not conquests. Spars, duels, and boss runs with him are sought after rather than avoided, and he's known to go out of his way to help newer players improve rather than farm easy wins off them.

The Dark Sword

Tercho is the only known wielder of the Dark Sword, a Tier 10 unique mace weapon that, as far as anyone can confirm, exists nowhere else in anyone else's hands. How he came to obtain it is not public knowledge in any verified sense and only theorized about, and the theories rarely agree with one another. What is generally accepted is that it involved some form of ritual, though the specifics of where, how, and at what cost remain firmly in the territory of rumor.

Origins

Tercho is counted among the known survivors of Crescent. Beyond that fact, little else about his history there has been confirmed whether he was among those who arrived at the Void Nexus's bridge, or found his way to Cubic by some other means, isn't something he's discussed on record as of yet.

Flip Flip Epic

Tercho's constant companion is Flip Flip Epic, a tuxedo cat who accompanies him more or less everywhere. Community theory holds that Flip Flip Epic is less of a pet and more of a co-conspirator who's whispering "cat schemes" into Tercho's ear between fights, plotting in ways no one has ever managed to catch on camera. Whether Flip Flip Epic has ever actually influenced the outcome of a fight is, naturally, unconfirmed.

Tercho has neither confirmed nor denied it, which most people take as its own kind of answer.
